Location: Australia.
Imaged over three nights 13th-16th May 2010 at the South Pacific Star Party, plus a few hours the night before at my campsite outside Wangaratta on the drive up to the Wiruna site in NSW.
Astro 40D, Canon 200mm f2.8 lens @ f3.5 Vixen GP-DX mount (unguided)
Four part mosaic, Each ~ 5 hours (3 minute subs at ISO1600), Total exposure 21.4 hours
